Final Acceptance definition

Final Acceptance means final written acceptance of all the Work by the Commissioner, a copy of which shall be sent to the Contractor.
Final Acceptance means the written acceptance issued to Contractor by Owner after Contractor has completed the requirements of the Contract Documents, as more fully set forth in Section 6.09 B.

Final Acceptance means acceptance of the Work by the County upon the expiration of the correction period required by the Contract Documents.
