MEETINGS AND PROGRESS DOCUMENTATION Sample Clauses

The "Meetings and Progress Documentation" clause establishes requirements for regular meetings and the systematic recording of project progress. Typically, it obligates the parties to convene at specified intervals—such as weekly or monthly—to discuss project status, address issues, and review deliverables, with minutes or progress reports generated and shared after each meeting. This clause ensures ongoing communication, accountability, and transparency between parties, helping to identify and resolve issues early and keep the project on track.
