Labor Force. Charges for labor force shall be in accordance with the Aiding Signatory's standard practices.
Labor Force. If a company can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the department that there was a lack of an available labor pool, the company will not be held responsible for failure to attain employment projections. This demonstration must take the following into consideration:

(a) Citadel is in compliance in all material respects with all applicable laws (including, without limitation, federal income tax laws), ordinances, regulations, statutes, rules and restrictions of any Governmental Entity respecting employment and employment practices and terms and conditions of employment.

(a) Each of the Alliance Entities is in compliance in all material respects with all applicable laws (including without limitation federal income tax laws), ordinances, regulations, statutes, rules and restrictions of any Governmental Entity respecting employment and employment practices and terms and conditions of employment.
Labor Force. Seller certifies that no goods supplied under this Order have been produced utilizing forced, indentured or convict labor or utilizing the labor of persons in violation of the minimum working age law in the country of manufacture. In the event Buyer determines that Seller’s certification is untrue, Buyer shall have the right to immediately terminate this Order without further compensation to Seller.
Labor Force. Schedule 4.16 contains a complete and accurate list of the names of all the Company’s employees, specifying the date the person started working for the Company, job title or classification, salary and other work benefits for each employee, pursuant to the applicable legislation. Except as described in Schedule 4.16(a), there is no lawsuit, claim or accusation pending or foreseeable, nor is there any order, decision or ruling currently recorded or pending with any government authority against the Company concerning labor issues.
Labor Force. 4.10.1. Only thoroughly trained and experienced personnel, completely familiar with the services required, shall be used. In acceptance or rejection of work performed, no allowance will be made for the lack of skill or experience on the part of the Contractor’s staff.
Labor Force. Xxxxxx shall be responsible for selecting and hiring its own employees and for their supervision, direction and control. Moreover, Xxxxxx shall be solely responsible for setting wages, benefits, hours and working conditions for such employees; for furnishing, during the entire period of this Agreement, workers' compensation insurance coverage; for paying wages and Social Security; for paying unemployment insurance and disability insurance contributions, and; for withholding taxes with respect to such employees. It is specifically agreed that Hill shall not be responsible for any of the undertakings set forth in this Subsection 9.5 relative to Xxxxxx'x employees.
Labor Force. Subcontractor shall be responsible for performance regardless of any interference of any trades council labor organization. Any work stoppage by employees, which delays the progress of the subcontract, will be a breach of the subcontract.
