Waiver of Indemnity. Each of the members of the Group party to this Deed and the Finance Parties irrevocably waives any objection which it might now or hereafter have to Proceedings being brought or Disputes being settled in the courts of England and agrees not to claim that any such court is an inconvenient or appropriate forum.

Waiver of Indemnity. Waiver of Indemnity. The Tenant hereby waives and releases the Landlord from any liability for or loss to and any persons or property which occurs in connection with the premises, the building and its facilities, grounds or parking lot. The Landlord shall not be responsible for any loss of the Tenant’s property in the premises or stored in the building.
