Any such notice, demand or other communication shall also be effective if sent to the Chargor's registered office or the address or email address of the Chargor last known to the Secured Party.
The Chargor and the "Security Trustee" shall, unless the context otherwise requires, include their respective assignees or successors in title, whether immediate or derivative in relation to their respective interests.
