Wages and Fringe Benefit Contributions. 1. Demolition Laborer: A ten minute period for cleaning up shall be allowed before lunch and again at the end of a day's work. Wages and Fringe Benefit Contributions. The gross wage shown in these schedules includes required payments for Wages, Insurance, Pension and Dues Assessment contributions. Failure to pay the Base Wage and the funded fringe benefit contributions when due is payment of less than the Gross Wage and shall constitute a status of delinquency and a violation of this Agreement.   • Compensation/Benefit Programs During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all medical, dental, hospitalization, accidental death and dismemberment, disability, travel and life insurance plans, and any and all other plans as are presently and hereinafter offered by the Company to its executive personnel, including savings, pension, profit-sharing and deferred compensation plans, subject to the general eligibility and participation provisions set forth in such plans.

  • Retirement Contributions On behalf of employees, the State will continue to “pick up” the six percent (6%) employee contribution, payable pursuant to law. The parties acknowledge that various challenges have been filed that contest the lawfulness, including the constitutionality, of various aspects of PERS reform legislation enacted by the 2003 Legislative Assembly, including Chapters 67 (HB 2003) and 68 (HB 2004) of Oregon Laws 2003 (“PERS Litigation”). Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any party’s rights, claims or defenses with respect to the PERS Litigation.

  • Other Compensation and Fringe Benefits In addition to any executive bonus, pension, deferred compensation and long-term incentive plans which Company or an affiliate of Company may from time to time make available to Employee, Employee shall be entitled to the following during the Employment Term:

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.

  • Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum.   • Salary and Fringe Benefits The employee shall be paid a salary which is the pro- rata share of the salary which the employee would have earned had he or she not elected to exercise the option of reduced workload. The employee shall retain all other rights and benefits enjoyed by full-time members of the unit.

  • Company Contributions (a) For employees hired, rehired or who become covered under the CWA 3176 Agreement through any means before January 1, 2016, the Company shall contribute a Company Matching Contribution equal to 25 percent of the Participant’s Contribution up to a maximum of 6 percent of eligible wage.
