Wage Rates and Longevity. The pay schedule for all employees covered by this Agreement shall be based on the following rates of pay. For the period May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2019 employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid on the basis of the following: STEP 5/1/16 TO 4/30/17 2.25% 5/1/17 TO 4/30/18 2.25% 5/1/18 TO 4/30/19 2.0% Step 1 $64,779 $66,237 $67,562 Step 2 $71,436 $73,043 $74,504 Step 3 $78,777 $80,550 $82,161 Step 4 $86,696 $88,646 $90,419 Step 5 $95,619 $97,771 $99,726 Employees covered by this Agreement who are still on the active payroll as of the beginning of the next payroll period immediately following ratification of this Agreement by both parties shall receive a retroactive payment which shall be based on the difference between the salary they received between May 1, 2016, and the beginning of said payroll period and the salary they would have received during the same period of time based on the salary schedule set forth in Appendix A for the 2016-2017 fiscal year, provided that any employee who retired after May 1, 2016, but before this Agreement was ratified by both parties shall also be eligible to receive retroactive pay based on the hours worked between May 1, 2016, and the date of retirement.

Related to Wage Rates and Longevity

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • WAGE RATES AND CLASSIFICATIONS Classifications and the hourly wage rates applicable thereto are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Interest Rates and Letter of Credit Fee Rates Payments and Calculations Interest Rates. (I) Except as provided in Section 2.6(c), all Obligations (except for undrawn Letters of Credit and Term Obligations) that have been charged to the Loan Account pursuant to the terms hereof shall bear interest on the Daily Balance thereof (from the date of incurrence through but excluding the date of repayment or prepayment (whether by acceleration or otherwise)) as follows: if the relevant Obligation is a LIBOR Rate Loan denominated in Dollars, at a per annum rate equal to the LIBOR Rate plus the Applicable Margin for LIBOR Rate Loans, if the relevant Obligation is a LIBOR Rate Loan denominated in Euros, at a per annum rate equal to the LIBOR Rate plus the Applicable Margin for LIBOR Rate Loans, if the relevant Obligation is a Swingline Loan, a per annum rate equal to the overnight LIBO Rate plus its Applicable Margin for Overnight LIBO Loans, and otherwise in respect of Revolver Obligations, at a per annum rate equal to the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin for Base Rate Loans.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES The contractor shall comply with prevailing wage rates as defined by the United States Department of Labor Xxxxx-Xxxxx Wage Determination at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/whd/contracts/dbra.htm and at the Wage Determinations website xxx.xxxx.xxx for Xxxxxx County, Texas (WD-2509).

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES A current list of Field job classifications and applicable wage rates for the Nevada Irrigation District are set forth in the District Wage Schedule.

  • Annual Percentage Rate Each Receivable has an APR of not more than 25.00%.

  • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program:

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.
