Overhead Rates definition

Overhead Rates means, collectively, the additives for Amtrak’s various overhead costs, as set forth in the Overhead Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit C, and incorporated herein by this reference, as such rates are adjusted as set forth in Paragraph 5(b).

Examples of Overhead Rates in a sentence

  • Overhead Rates shall be increased or decreased based on the County’s review and approval of proposed Overhead Rate(s).

  • The Consultant is further obligated to provide the County with sufficient information concerning the Overhead Rate, including but not limited to annual audited Overhead Rates, any actual or provisional federal (FAR) Overhead Rates, and additional information as requested to validate overhead costs.

  • These Overhead Rates will be subject to upward and/or downward adjustment annually based upon the then-current audited rates of Consultant and/or its Subconsultants/Subcontractors.

  • After @MONTH< DAY< YEAR, any change in the Overhead Rates shall be effective for a minimum period of at least 365 calendar days.

  • The Consultant's compensation under this Agreement will be based on and shall not exceed the combined overhead and salary burden rates as shown on the Schedule of Overhead Rates attached as Appendix D.

  • Thereafter, any change in the Overhead Rates shall be effective for a minimum period of at least 365 calendar days.

  • Overhead Rates shall not be modified prior to the Overhead Rate Adjustment Date specified in Section 1, Agreement Summary.

  • The appropriate Overhead Rates shall be applied to non pre-priced proposals.

Related to Overhead Rates

  • Benchmarked Rates means the Framework Prices for the Benchmarked Goods and/or Services

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of hours of Contract Work as set out in the Criminal Remuneration Regulations;

  • HICP Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the HICP Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the HICP Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • CPI Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the CPI Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the CPI Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Maintenance Margin means the minimum amount of money required in your Trading Account as specified on the Trading Platform in order to keep a Transaction open on the Trading Platform.
