Overhead Rates shall be increased or decreased based on the County’s review and approval of proposed Overhead Rate(s).
The Consultant is further obligated to provide the County with sufficient information concerning the Overhead Rate, including but not limited to annual audited Overhead Rates, any actual or provisional federal (FAR) Overhead Rates, and additional information as requested to validate overhead costs.
These Overhead Rates will be subject to upward and/or downward adjustment annually based upon the then-current audited rates of Consultant and/or its Subconsultants/Subcontractors.
