Voluntary Internal Substitution. ‌ If an Instructional Employee is asked by the Building Principal to substitute for another Instructional Employee during planning time or lunch period, but not during the Instructional Employee’s instructional time, the Instructional Employee will be compensated at a rate of $20.00 per class period or $25.00 per hour. Instructional Employees will not be required to substitute for another Instructional Employee. Instructional Employees will be paid at the end of each payment period in which the Voluntary Internal Substitution occurred.

Voluntary Internal Substitution. If an employee substitutes for over five (5) days for another employee on a higher pay scale, the substitute will be paid an increase of $.40/hour, effective with the sixth (6th) day. An employee who substitutes for a certified employee will be paid a certified substitute pay rate per day.
Voluntary Internal Substitution. Administration shall first seek volunteers to internally substitute prior to directing Instructional Employees to substitute. Any employee may be directed to perform internal substitution duties up to six (6) times per school year on a rotation schedule. Each notice of Conversion shall be irrevocable and binding on the Borrower.

  • Voluntary Cancellation Subject to the payment of SIMEST Break Costs, the Borrower may, if it gives the Agent not less than thirty-five (35) days’ (or such shorter period as the Majority Lenders may agree) prior notice, cancel the whole or any part of the Available Facility.
