Elementary Level. The elementary teacher must have at least three quarter hours of college credit in the fields of elementary reading, elementary language arts or children‟s literature and at least one college level course in at least three of the following six areas: elementary mathematics, elementary science, elementary social studies, elementary arts, elementary music or elementary health and physical education, or an appropriate endorsement for a teaching position in kindergarten through grade eight.

Elementary Level a. Effective July 1, 2002, the regular workday for all teachers shall not exceed seven (7) hours and five (5) minutes. Teachers shall be required to report for work not more than thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled start of the pupil day and to remain for not more than thirty (30) minutes after the scheduled end of the pupil day, such time to be calculated as part of the regular work day; provided, however, that reporting and departure times shall not be modified so as to increase the overall work-day beyond the seven (7) hours and five (5) minute limit.

Elementary Level. 9.16.7.1 The principal would refer to the coverage list and utilize those individuals who had requested to be volunteers first. If there are not enough to provide the necessary coverage within the appropriate grade level (K, 1-3, 4-6), the administrator may then assign students to classrooms as needed, provided such assignment is done in an equitable manner from among all available unit members. Compensation for those individuals shall be as follows:

Teachers shall work a 7 hour and 30 minute day. The time after the students leave shall be for teacher preparation. Should the provisions of the 1999-2001 Side Letter of Agreement regarding elementary preparation time change, the Master Agreement language regarding early release/meetings shall revert back to the 1997-99 status (10.7, 10.8, 10.8.1, 10.8.2, 10.8.3).
Elementary Level. The preparation block is that time before and after school when students are not present. The preparation block (a.m. or p.m.) is designed for teacher preparation time. Faculty meetings may be scheduled during the preparation block (a.m. or p.m.) no more than five (5) times per year, no more than once per month and shall not exceed 45 minutes. Individual teachers may decide to meet during teacher preparation time for communication, planning and collaborative decision making on an as-needed basis.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities.   • Registry-­‐Level Fees (a) Registry Operator shall pay ICANN a registry-­‐level fee equal to (i) the registry fixed fee of US$6,250 per calendar quarter and (ii) the registry-­‐level transaction fee (collectively, the “Registry-­‐Level Fees”). The registry-­‐level transaction fee will be equal to the number of annual increments of an initial or renewal domain name registration (at one or more levels, and including renewals associated with transfers from one ICANN-­‐accredited registrar to another, each a “Transaction”), during the applicable calendar quarter multiplied by US$0.25; provided, however that the registry-­‐level transaction fee shall not apply until and unless more than 50,000 Transactions have occurred in the TLD during any calendar quarter or any consecutive four calendar quarter period in the aggregate (the “Transaction Threshold”) and shall apply to each Transaction that occurred during each quarter in which the Transaction Threshold has been met, but shall not apply to each quarter in which the Transaction Threshold has not been met. Registry Operator’s obligation to pay the quarterly registry-­‐level fixed fee will begin on the date on which the TLD is delegated in the DNS to Registry Operator. The first quarterly payment of the registry-­‐level fixed fee will be prorated based on the number of calendar days between the delegation date and the end of the calendar quarter in which the delegation date falls.

  • Characteristics of the level (a) A person employed as a Social and community services employee level 6 will operate under limited direction from senior employees or management and undertake a range of functions for which operational policies, practices and guidelines may need to be developed.
