The PLAN PERIOD clause defines the specific duration during which a particular plan, agreement, or set of obligations is in effect. It typically outlines the start and end dates of the plan, and may include provisions for extensions or renewals if certain conditions are met. By clearly establishing the timeframe for performance and responsibilities, this clause ensures all parties are aware of their obligations and helps prevent disputes related to timing or the validity of the agreement.
PLAN PERIOD. The period commencing on the Effective Date of this Agreement and ending on Expiration Date (the "Plan Period"), during which the Plan can be exercised without penalty. The Plan Period is subdivided into a number of sub-periods ("Subperiods"), as described in this Agreement, on the Materials, or in the online terms of sale, as applicable.
PLAN PERIOD. For both the New Sales Performance Plan and the Supplemental Compensation Plan, the period of time beginning January 1st of each year and ending December 31st of the same year.
PLAN PERIOD. The Plan Period is the number of months and number of miles for which You are afforded coverage under this Program. Please refer to the section entitled “Plan Term” on Your Registration Page for term of coverage selected.

Broker may effect sales of Shares under this Plan during the period beginning on the third (3rd) business day following the release of the Company’s earnings for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2013 and ending on the termination date of this Plan determined pursuant to Section 3 hereof (the “Plan Period”).

There will be no lapse in coverage when you move locally to another location within CenturyLink’s local telecommunications service territories and continue the same CenturyLink services and the Services under this Plan.
