Voluntary Cancellation. User may cancel their rights to use the Fitness Center effective. The right to use the Fitness Center may be terminated by notification from HealthEase via e-mail for the user being terminated. Possession, sale, exchange or use of firearms or any unlawful controlled substance while at the Fitness Center is prohibited.

Voluntary Cancellation. The A Facility and the B Facility may be voluntarily cancelled in whole or in part (but if in part in a minimum amount of US$50 million and an integral multiple of US$10 million) on 2 business days notice without penalty.

• The Security Trustee has agreed to become a party to this Agreement only for the purpose of taking the benefit of Clauses 2.3 (Extension), 5.1(b) (Funding 1 Liquidity Drawings), 5.2(a), (b) and (d) (Stand by Drawings), 6(b) and (c) (Repayment), 14.1 (Representations and warranties by Funding 1), 7.2 (Voluntary Cancellation), 7.3 (Additional right of prepayment and cancellation), 14 (Representations and warranties).

• The Student agrees to pay charges assessed under this Contract as provided in the Term, Early Occupancy and Late Check Out, Improper Check Out, Use of Room, Voluntary Cancellation and Non-Voluntary Cancellation Fees sections.
