Venue Rental Sample Clauses

Venue Rental. The total cost for use of the Xxxxxxx Family Viewlands Facilities as described in this contract is $ plus Michigan sales tax, (if applicable). To reserve services on the date requested, LTC requires this contract be signed by both parties and an initial deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the contract fee. Payment of the remaining balance of the contract fee is due thirty (30) days in advance of the event. Deposits and payments must be made by cash or check and be payable to LTC.

Venue Rental. Subject to availability and the terms of this Pavilion Rental Agreement (this “Agreement”), Afton Village Swimming Pool Club (“AVSC”) hereby grants the above-named Renter a limited, revocable license to use the pavilion area (the “Venue”) located at Afton Village Swim Club (the “Club”) on the Event Date from the Start Time until the End Time for the purpose of Renter’s private party, barbeque, gathering, and other related private event (with such license, use, and purpose being the “Event”). Renter’s Event shall last no longer than 2 hours.

Venue Rental. The fees shall be calculated in accordance with the “TAITRA Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 2 Exhibition Space Rental Fee Standards”, including the rented renting venue, lighting, air conditioning (*the applicant is required to apply for air conditioning during move-in and move-out periods and pay the fee), and use of public facilities. Venue Rental. The total cost for use of Stone of Scone, LLC’s facilities as described in this contract is $ plus Pennsylvania sales tax, (if applicable). To reserve services on the date requested, Stone of Scone Farm, LLC requires this contract be signed by both parties and an initial deposit of $1,000.00. A second deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due six months prior to the event date. Payment of the remaining balance of the rental fee is due thirty (30) days in advance of the event. Deposits and payments will be made by certified or bank check made payable to Stone of Scone Farm, LLC on the schedule noted below. Scheduled Payment Amount Date Due Initial Deposit $1,000.00 With Signed Contract Second Deposit Remaining Balance The initial deposit of $1,000.00 is to secure your date and is non-refundable unless, upon cancellation by the Client, Stone of Scone Farm, LLC is able to resell the venue date to another party, in which case, your deposit will be refunded less a $400.00 deduction for administrative fees.
Venue Rental. The project needs to disseminate its result to the wider public thru forum and meetings. The meetings may be conducted in a function room of an establishment to accommodate several people. Snacks and refreshments will be provided during meetings (including community gathering) and trainings.
