Xxxxxxx Family definition

Xxxxxxx Family means at any time, collectively, the estate of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, the widow of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and the children and grandchildren of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, the executor or administrator of the estate or other legal representative of any such Person, all trusts for the benefit of the foregoing or their heirs or any one or more of them, and all partnerships, corporations or other entities directly or indirectly controlled by the foregoing or any one or more of them.

Xxxxxxx Family includes Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, together with his wife, sons and daughters, or any of their respective heirs and any Person established and controlled by any of the foregoing.

Xxxxxxx Family means Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, and any member of their immediate families, heirs, legatees, descendants and blood relatives to the fifth degree of consanguinity of such individual, or any trustees or trusts (or other entity created for estate planning purposes) established for their benefit or the benefit of the members of their immediate families and lineal descendants.

Xxxxxxx Family means Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xx., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx and the members of their Families.

Xxxxxxx Family means (a) Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, III and A.R. Xxxxxxx, Jr., (b) any spouse or descendant of any individual named in (a), (c) any other natural person who is a member of the Family of any such individual referenced in (a)-(b) above and (d) any other natural person who has been adopted by any such individual referenced in (a)-(c) above.

Xxxxxxx Family means the spouse, children or estate of Xxx X. Xxxxxxx.

Xxxxxxx Family means (a) Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx (Sr.), Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xx., Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx, and (b) any Related Person of any such member.

Xxxxxxx Family means, collectively, (i) Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, a resident of the State of Florida, (ii) any of such Person’s spouse, ancestors, descendants, cousins, siblings, or descendants of cousins or siblings, (iii) any trust wholly revocable by any one or more of such Person, or such individuals described in (i) or (ii), or any other trust for the benefit of any one or more of such Person, such individuals described in (i) or (ii), or any organization to which gifts at death would qualify for a federal estate charitable deduction under Internal Revenue Code Section 2055, and (iv) any entity that is an Affiliate of any one or more of such Person, such individuals described in (i) or (ii) or trust described in (iii).

Xxxxxxx Family means any of (i) Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, (ii) any member of the immediate family, heirs, legatees, descendants and blood relatives to the fifth degree of consanguinity of any individual mentioned in clause (i) and (iii) any trust (or other entity created for estate planning purposes) established for the benefit of any one or more of the individuals mentioned in clause (i), the members of their immediate families and the lineal descendants of any of them (and the trustees of any such trust).

Xxxxxxx Family means K. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, his wife, parent or more remote forebear, children, or brothers or sisters or children of brothers or sisters, or grandchildren, grandnieces and grandnephews and other members of his immediate family or any trust (including, without limitation, the Xxxxxxx Family Trust) or any other entity directly or indirectly controlled by, or for the benefit of, one or more of the members of the Xxxxxxx Family described above (“controlled entities”). A trust shall be deemed controlled by the Xxxxxxx Family if the majority of the trustees are members of the Xxxxxxx Family or can be removed or replaced by any one or more members of the Xxxxxxx Family or the controlled entities.
