Use of Public Facilities. For purposes of the provisions of Section 2.2 of this Agreement, the Village shall, upon prior notice, approval make available facilities and improvements for the EHBA use. The EHBA shall, by February 1st, provide a list of dates for promotional events and festivals to be held in/on Village facilities by the EHBA. Reservations shall be made in advance with priority given to events and festivals hosted by the EHBA.

Use of Public Facilities. The County grants to the Lessee, in common with all others desiring to use the Airport, and only to the extent necessary to carry out the rights granted the Lessee hereunder, the nonexclusive privilege to use the runways, taxiways, roads of egress and ingress, service roads and such other facilities and improvements as may be now in existence or hereafter constructed for the use of persons lawfully using the Airport; provided, however, that such usage shall be subject to the payment of nondiscriminatory fees and other charges established by the County. Nothing herein contained shall grant to the Lessee the right to use any space or area improved or unimproved which is leased to a third party, or which the County has not leased herein.

The AIRLINE shall not permit its employees to use the public areas provided by MDAD for use by the traveling public, except those employees normally required to be in contact with the traveling public, those providing passenger services, and those doing so as part of regular assigned duties.

Use of Public Facilities. Lessee shall have the non-exclusive right to use all public wharves, docks and related facilities existing at the Port or which may hereafter be added, subject to (i) any preferential or exclusive rights given by the Commission to others set forth in Exhibit G hereto (provided that the Commission shall not amend or otherwise modify any such preferential or exclusive rights in any way, or grant any additional preferential or exclusive rights that would, have a material adverse effect on Lessee’s use or operation of the Project), (ii) the rights of any operator thereof (provided that any such operator shall take and operate subject to the provisions of this Lease), and (iii) the provisions of Section 3.03, 3.04, 4.04 and 8.07 hereof. In connection with its use of such public facilities, Lessee shall cooperate with the tenants and users of such public facilities and not impair their ability to use such public facilities in a timely and efficient manner.
