Function Room definition
Function Room means an area within a hotel where events are held at which food is served, including but not limited to wedding receptions, business meetings, conferences, banquets and parties.
Function Room means any room other than Bedrooms which the Hotel makes available under this Contract to the Customer for use by the Guests;
Function Room means the room(s) or location(s) specified on the Function Sheet (or if none specified then an appropriately sized room or location at the Venue);

The Cancellation Charge shall be waived in the event that the hotel is able to make arrangements to prevent it from suffering any financial loss as a result of the Reduction of Attendees (e.g. to continue the above example, where the hotel is successful in rebooking/hiring out the original Function Room to another customer).
This may require us to change the Function Room and/or may result in an increase in the Charges or the price per Attendee.
If this is the case, the hotel will inform you of the revised Charges and Function Room or Venue changes and unless you consent in writing to this revised Charges and/ or Function Room or Venue change then the Booking shall remain unvaried (i.e. for the original number of Attendees and the original Function Room).
More Definitions of Function Room
Function Room means the main function room in the Club House;
Function Room means that part of the Premises specified in the Booking Form;
Function Room means that part of the Premises specified in the Booking Form; “Payment” means the Payment specified in the Booking Form; and

The site also includes a three-story building housing Anthony's Cummaquid Inn. The basement is used for storage space. The first floor houses an entrance lobby, waiting area, bar and lounge area, an enclosed patio, and dining rooms and areas. The first floor also houses public telephones and two public use toilet rooms, one for men and one for women. The second floor houses private residential apartments and an outdoor deck which is open to customers in the summer months. JURISDICTION

The site also includes a three-story building housing Anthony's Pier 4. The first floor has 5700 square feet; the second floor has 5700 square feet. The first floor houses an entrance lobby, waiting area, bar, and a dining area seating 325. The first floor also houses two public use toilet rooms, one for men and one for women. To the rear of the first floor is a partially enclosed patio area, which is used as a dining area in the summer months. There are no function rooms on the first floor. The second floor houses a bar and lounge area and three separate function rooms which may be rented or leased by the public for conferences, meetings, banquets, receptions, and similar functions. The largest of the function rooms is the Boston Room, with a seating capacity of approximately 250. The Lynn Room seats approximately 150, and can be combined with the Boston Room, for a seating capacity of approximately 400. The smallest of the function rooms is the New Bedford Room, with a seating capacity of 30 to 40. It is not adjacent to, and cannot be combined with, either the Boston Room or the Lynn Room.
