Utility Plans. (The Consultant will coordinate with the City Utility Coordinator. All located existing utilities will be shown as a part of the plan set).
Utility Plans. Each Public Agency shall provide plans and specifications to Regional Park Staff for all utilities planned to be installed within the Regional Park. Such utility plans shall also identify proposed shared use and expansion capacity.
Utility Plans. ‌ 34 Developer shall incorporate all Utility information into the Design Documents. Developer’s utility 35 base CAD file must indicate the quality and reliability of existing Utility information. Vertical 36 locations of underground Utilities must be shown on all cross sections and details in the Design 37 Documents. 38 Prior to permit application, Developer shall obtain Utility Company approval of Utility Adjustment 39 design plans prepared by Developer. Developer shall provide Utility Adjustment design plans 40 approved by the Utility Company to ADOT as part of the Utility Report(s). 41 Developer shall design all Utility Adjustments to city- or county-owned water, sanitary sewer, 42 and storm drain facilities, as needed, and shall obtain approval of the design from the 43 appropriate Governmental Entities. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Developer, the 44 applicable Utility Company must design all other Utility Adjustments.

Utility Plans. Upon TENANT’s request, the COUNTY will provide TENANT or TENANT’s architect with a plan showing the approximate location of known utility lines on or about the Premises (“Utility Plans”). TENANT understands that Utility Plans show only the approximate location of the utility lines at the Airport and that the Utility Plans are furnished to TENANT without any warranty or representation as to completeness or accuracy. COUNTY’s delivery of the Utility Plans to TENANT shall not relieve TENANT of TENANT’s affirmative obligation to locate all utilities and TENANT agrees that TENANT shall be responsible for determining the actual location of all utility lines.

These plans will be shared with all involved utility companies alongside official notification letters to ensure all stakeholders are informed and can provide feedback, ensuring timely relocations. • Utility conflicts will be identified in the 90% and 100% plans. Standalone relocation plans will not be developed. • Assessment of potential conflicts with existing utilities, including the conflict matrix described above. Conflict identification will also include proposed solutions that include relocations and/or adjustments to mitigate identified conflicts, which will be provided in the conflict matrix. • Ensure all plans adhere to local codes, regulations, and utility company standards. Documentation of any required permits and/or approvals needed for utility installations. • Notes on construction methods, timelines, and any anticipated disruptions to existing services. Recommendations for coordination with involved utility companies during construction to minimize service interruptions. • Including a section outlining how feedback from utility companies will be incorporated into the design and contact information for project leads to facilitate necessary communications and address concerns. • Official notification letters will include copies of the plan and profile sheets identifying the utility conflicts. The letters will be sent to the utility companies after the Stage 3 90% plan review. • Memo outlining the required permits and/or approvals needed for utility installations/relocations in PDF format • Official Notification Letters in PDF format Consultation with Utilities: DJ&A will consult and coordinate with utility companies/owners, including electric, natural gas, telecommunication, water, sewer, and stormwater. This includes evaluating existing utilities that currently serve the project area and helping to determine the appropriate actions for continued service and future expansion.

No water or sewer utility improvements are anticipated for the project. Typical Roadway Sections – (1 sheet) Roadway typical sections will identify the typical roadway section for the Tumwater Blvd approaches, the I-5 on and off ramp approaches, and a roundabout cross section showing the construction of the circulating lane, truck apron and central island. Roadway Plan and Profiles – (4 sheets) Roadway plan views will identify existing conditions and proposed improvements including paving and sidewalk limits, retaining wall locations, curb and curb ramp locations, construction centerline alignment stationing, and other roadway paving improvements. Stormwater and illumination improvements will be displayed for reference and verification of conflicts. Roundabout Quadrant Profiles – (4 sheets) Roundabout Quadrant Profiles will be developed for the curb alignments in each quadrant of the roundabout. The plans will cover the area of the approaches that are not at a 2% normal crown. The quadrant profiles will be used for the stormwater conveyance plan sheets. Roadway Details – (2 sheets) Roadway detail sheets will be developed for the 60% design submittal. Details will include sidewalk ramps, the truck apron, and splitter islands. Retaining Wall Plan and Profiles and Details – (4 sheets) Retaining wall plan views will identify retaining wall alignments and limits. The profile views will identify wall heights and foundation depths. Retaining wall details will be developed based on geotechnical and retaining wall manufacturers recommendations. Stormwater Treatment/Flow Facilities – (8 sheets) Stormwater treatment facility details will be developed for the 60% design submittal. Plans will identify the type, size, and location of all proposed stormwater treatment facilities. Stormwater Conveyance Plans, Profiles, and Details – (6 sheets) Stormwater plans will be developed for the 60% submittal. Plans will include plan and profile information for the stormwater conveyance main in Tumwater Boulevard and alignment and profiles. Channelization and Signing Plans – (12 sheets) Channelization and signing plans will be developed based on the signed Channelization Plan for Approval.
