Site Drainage. A. Each Tenant shall be required to provide adequate stormwater drainage facilities, including on-site ponding areas (if needed) and metering of storm water runoff resulting from precipitation or storm sewers, or both, in accordance with the requirements of the City of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County and any other applicable governmental agency or authority and with the Park Development Standards and any master drainage plan for the Land as prepared by Landlord.

Site Drainage. Any specified backfilling of basements, cellars or any other such excavation shall be performed in a manner that will prevent ponding of surface water and will not materially affect the natural drainage pattern of the surrounding premises. The CEC will notify Contractor of any required site drainage and will negotiate with Contractor on the number of labor hours required. Upon NTP being provided to Contractor to proceed with Work, Contractor may invoice the City for site drainage Work at Bidder's Extraordinary Labor Rate.
Site Drainage. The Contractor shall provide for the drainage of the fill area, whether completed by past or present Contractors, at all times and shall follow the Final Grading Plans and Operation Plans. Operations shall be conducted so that drainage of rain water off and away from buried refuse, diversion areas, dumping pad area and any other operations areas is constantly maintained and erosion and nuisance is minimized. The Contractor shall construct all fill areas whether temporary or permanent with a minimum slope of five (5) percent in at least one direction. The Contractor shall place and relocate drainage control devices (as shown on Final Grading Plans- Sheets 3 to 6) supplied by the Department as necessary to maintain positive drainage and minimize erosion. All other drainage and erosion control devices shall be provided by the Contractor. The Contractor shall immediately remove any ponding over any waste fill surface, or within 50 feet of fill. The Contractor shall provide pumps, pipes, hoses, or any other equipment necessary to remove such ponding to appropriate drainage locations. The Contractor shall provide, place and relocate drainage control devices, construct v-ditches and berms, and provide all personnel and equipment necessary to maintain positive drainage, minimize erosion around the working areas of the Site and around exposed liner areas, and minimize infiltration and leachate generation in all waste fill areas. The Contractor recognizes that he is required to provide positive drainage as required in this Agreement. In the event that deficiency in site drainage is not corrected within the time frames specified in Article 6.2.3 then Contractor’s payment shall be withheld in accordance with Article 6 of this Agreement.
Site Drainage. Protect the GRS-IBS construction area from surface runoff during construction. Critical areas are behind the abutment wall at the interface between the GRS abutment and the retained fill, at the base of the abutment, and at any location where a fill slope meets the wall face. Separate the channel from the wall to avoid flow directly against the wall face.
