Governmental Entities definition

Governmental Entities has the meaning ascribed to it in the Purchase Agreement.
Governmental Entities means, collectively, all United States and other governmental, regulatory or judicial authorities.
Governmental Entities means (a) any federal, state, county, local or municipal government or administrative agency or political subdivision thereof, (b) any governmental agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department or instrumentality, (c) any court or administrative tribunal, (d) any non-governmental agency, tribunal or entity that is vested by a governmental agency with applicable jurisdiction, or (e) any arbitration tribunal or other non-governmental authority with applicable jurisdiction.

  • As of their respective dates of filing, the Company Reports complied in all material respects with all statutes and applicable rules and regulations of the applicable Governmental Entities.
