Design Documents definition

Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.
Design Documents means all the design documents provided by the design professional and approved by the Owner, including those for use in constructing the Work, performing the Work, and rendering of the Work fully operational for its intended purposes and shall include detailed plans, Drawings, Specifications, Project Manuals, and related materials prepared by or on behalf of the Design Professional.
Design Documents means all drawings (including plans, profiles, cross-sections, notes, elevations, sections, details and diagrams), specifications, reports, studies, calculations, electronic files, records and submittals necessary or desirable for, or related to, the performance of design services required under the Capital Maintenance Contract in accordance with the CMC Documents, the Governmental Approvals and applicable Law.

  • The Schematic Design Documents shall consist of drawings and other documents including a site plan, if appropriate, and preliminary building plans, sections and elevations; and may include some combination of study models, perspective sketches, or digital representations.

More Definitions of Design Documents

Design Documents means the drawings, specifications and other design documents required by this Contract and created (or, where the context requires, to be created) by the Contractor for the performance of the Works.
Design Documents means any plan, model, sketch, drawing, calculation, specification or any other document whatsoever prepared by or on behalf of the Contractor in the performance of the Contract in accordance with paragraph S1-1 (Design Documents) of Schedule 1;
