By enrolling to use the Service you xxxxx Xxxxx and us, along with our respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and successors a worldwide, non- exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, transferable, irrevocable, perpetual, and sub-licensable right to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display your Content throughout the world in any media, for any reason, including to provide, promote, and/or incorporate into the Service. You retain all rights in your Content, subject to the rights you granted to us and Zelle in this Agreement. You may modify or remove your Content, but your Content may persist in historical, archived or cached copies and versions thereof available on or through the Service.

User Profile. For DOREMI patient profiling, a set of complete data, composed by personal, clinical, physiological, instrumental, cognitive parameters, lifestyle habits, will be collected. These data will be processed by reasoning system and integrated in order to personalize the DOREMI protocol for each user.

User Profile. You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information. You are solely responsible for updating any and all pertinent registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your Profile. You will also choose a password and a user name. DORRS reserves the right in our sole discretion to refuse registration of or cancel a User Name, and domain name. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Profile. You agree to notify DORRS immediately in writing of any unauthorized use of your Profile or any other breach of security. You will not share your password, let anyone else access your Profile, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your Profile. You will not transfer your Profile to anyone. Although the Site may provide data, information or Third-Party Content, Company Content or DORRS Content relating to investment strategies and/or opportunities to buy and/or sell securities, you should not interpret any Content as tax, legal, financial, or investment advice by us or a recommendation by us to invest in any opportunity (“Opportunity”) posted on the Site.   • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Customer Feedback The contractor is expected to establish and maintain professional communication between its employees and customers. The primary objective of this communication is customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the most significant external indicator of the success and effectiveness of all services provided and can be measured through customer complaints and surveys. Performance management drives the contractor to be customer focused through initially and internally addressing customer complaints and investigating the issues and/or problems but the customer always has the option to communicate complaints to the PM, as opposed to the contractor. Customer feedback may also be obtained either from the results of formal customer satisfaction surveys or from random customer complaints. Any customer complaints will be investigated by the PM using the Quality Assurance Monitoring Form – Customer Complaint Investigation, identified in Attachment A4.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor. The Software may contain an automatic disabling mechanism that prevents its use after a certain period of time. RESTRICTIONS

  • Software Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite Subscription Services for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite are available for Development Purposes only.

  • Treatment Program Testing The Employer may request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the employee has been referred by the employer for chemical dependency treatment or evaluation or is participating in a chemical dependency treatment program under an employee benefit plan, in which case the employee may be requested or required to undergo drug or alcohol testing without prior notice during the evaluation or treatment period and for a period of up to two years following completion of any prescribed chemical dependency treatment program.
