Company Content definition

Company Content means all editorial content, graphics, data, and information contained in the Report or on the Website, any portion thereof, including the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the editorial content, graphics, data, and information on the Website, and the hierarchy of the Website.
Company Content means any content served to End Users that is not provided by Google.
Company Content means sound recordings owned or controlled by COMPANY that COMPANY has cleared for use by ITUNES pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. COMPANY shall not provide to ITUNES any sound recordings that have not been so cleared.

More Definitions of Company Content

Company Content means Regular COMPANY Content and Plus COMPANY Content. All music videos that are provided by or on behalf of COMPANY to ITUNES are deemed owned or controlled by COMPANY and cleared by COMPANY as provided in Section 4 below.
Company Content means Content that Company makes available through the Service or Application, including any Content licensed from a third party, but excluding User Content.
Company Content means the Company's and its licensors' text links, logos, graphic links, and other materials, tools, content, or text that are delivered by the Company to Snap hereunder.
Company Content means have the meaning set forth in Section 5.
Company Content means any and all data, information, and/or applications (including External Software, but excluding the Workspot Platform, the Utilized IaaS or Deliverables) utilized, uploaded, processed, or stored through the Workspot Cloud Services by End Users, and data that End Users derive through their use of the Workspot Cloud Services.
Company Content means sound recordings owned or controlled by COMPANY that are provided by or on behalf of COMPANY, and in which COMPANY has cleared the necessary rights to authorize electronic sales and sound recording performances by APPLE pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to sound recordings in the form of (i) single-track sound recordings, and (ii) multi-track albums. Any sound recordings that are provided by or on behalf of COMPANY to APPLE are owned or controlled by COMPANY and have been cleared by COMPANY as described in the prior sentence.
Company Content means any Content provided by Company, including by any Users.
