Use of Identification. Delta shall have exclusive control over the use and display of all DL Identifications and Designators, and each Operator shall comply with all policies and guidelines of Delta in this regard. Each Operator shall use the DL Identifications and Designators in good faith, in a dignified manner and in compliance with good trademark practice. Each Operator shall use the DL Identifications and Designators exactly as prescribed by Delta, and shall not use (i) any stylization, abbreviation or variation thereof or (ii) the DL Identifications and Designators in connection or combination with any other Identification, in each case, without Delta’s prior written consent, which may be withheld in its sole discretion.

Use of Identification. Northwest shall have exclusive control over the use and display of all NW Identifications and Designators, and Pinnacle shall comply with all policies and guidelines of Northwest in this regard. Pinnacle shall use the NW Identifications and Designators in good faith, in a dignified manner and in compliance with good trademark practice. SkyWest shall use the YX Identifications and Designators in good faith, in a dignified manner and in compliance with good trademark practice. SkyWest shall use the YX Identifications and Designators exactly as prescribed by the Midwest Group, and shall not use (i) any stylization, abbreviation or variation thereof or (ii) the YX Identifications and Designators in connection or combination with any other Identification, in each case, without the Midwest Group’s prior written consent, which may be withheld in its sole discretion.
Use of Identification. Northwest shall establish and maintain an Identification for its program of affiliation with Mesaba for Regional Airline Services and Mesaba is granted the right to use such Identification pursuant to Section 2.2 and this Article VII. From time to time, Northwest may change the Identification applicable to the program, including program designation and trademark. Northwest shall have complete discretion to change the Identification applicable to the program. Such substitute Identification shall be used by Mesaba in lieu of any prior name to identify Mesaba's association with the program. If Northwest changes the Identification, Mesaba shall, as soon as practicable make such changes as are requested by Northwest to utilize the new name of the program and Northwest shall be liable for the reasonable expenses incurred by Mesaba in making such changes.
Use of Identification. 13.1 CVS acknowledges and agrees that (a) Target has an interest in maintaining and protecting the image and reputation of its name, Trademarks, trade dress, logos, designs, any description that would reveal Target’s identity and other indicia of source, goodwill or identification, whether registered or not (the “Target Identification”), and (b) the Target Identification must be used in a manner consistent with the brand standards established by Target and agreed upon by the Parties, which will address, among other matters, quality control, enforcement and maintenance. Target hereby grants to CVS and its Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable (subject to Section 25.3), non-sublicensable, royalty-free, right and license during the term of this Agreement to use the Target Identification within the United States and its territories, including the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, in connection with performing its obligations and exercising its rights under this Agreement, subject to the Target Operating Standard and to Target’s prior approval of each use (which approval may not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).

Contractor shall not: (i) use Target’s name, trademarks, services marks, logos, any description that would reveal Target’s identity or other forms of identification, whether registered or not in any way, including any advertisement, press release, announcement, customer list (including customer lists on any website) or materials of a public or promotional nature or in soliciting other clients; or (ii) make any direct or indirect public reference to this Master Agreement or any other contract between Contractor and Target without first obtaining Target’s written permission which may be withheld in Target’s sole discretion.
