Midwest Group definition

Midwest Group or any derivation thereof in connection with another business enterprise, including any registered investment company with which you are, or may become associated, so long as such use is permitted under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and other applicable law.
Midwest Group shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.07.
