The School District will identify the TEKS or PEIMS Identification Number that aligns with each College course.
CONTRACTOR shall identify to the LEA any employee (or the CONTRACTOR, if the CONTRACTOR is an individual) expected to perform services under this Agreement who is then-receiving CalSTRS benefits, and who may perform creditable service for the LEA as defined in Education Code 22119.5.
