Union Activity on Company Property. Neither the Union nor its members shall carry on Union activities during time when any of the employees involved is on duty. Insofar as this provision is concerned, relief periods and lunch periods are not considered as time of duty.

Union Activity on Company Property. A. Neither the Union, its representatives, nor its members shall carry on union activities on Company premises, or on Company time, except that Union officers and members, who are also employees, and other authorized Union representatives may carry on legitimate Union activities outside of working periods of all employees participating, in space where no Company operations or other work is performed, provided that:
Union Activity on Company Property. The authorized representative of the Union shall have access, during normal working hours, to all places of work of employees covered under this Agreement, for the purpose of inspecting working conditions, or investigating such activities shall not interfere with the normal operations of the Company. The exercise of the privileges of an authorized representative of the Union as set forth in this section shall be with the permission of the Company. Such permission will not be unreasonably withheld.
Union Activity on Company Property. Stewards or officers of the Union shall not engage in Union activity during working hours on Company property except when attending joint conferences mutually agreed upon or when processing grievances. However, such employees shall be permitted 1 hour before and 1 hour after normal working hours on Company property, without pay, as necessary in the pursuit of their legally recognized Union duties provided there is no interference with employees working or with work in progress.

Any such solicitation and organization work shall be limited to small groups of employees (not to exceed eight) and shall not be carried on for any considerably continuous period and shall not interfere with the operations of the Company or the use of the space by other employees for the purposes for which the space is intended. If a certified Union representative is a Company employee on leave, or is a former employee, he may exercise the rights to engage in Union activities on Company property outlined in “A” above. The Union agrees to save the Company harmless from any claims for accidental injury or loss occurring to such representatives or their property while on Company premises.

  • Company Property The Executive understands that all documents (including computer records, facsimile and e-mail) and materials created, received or transmitted in connection with his work or using the facilities of the Company are property of the Company and subject to inspection by the Company at any time. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company (or at any other time when requested by the Company), the Executive will promptly deliver to the Company all documents and materials of any nature pertaining to his work with the Company and will provide written certification of his compliance with this Agreement. Under no circumstances will the Executive have, following his termination, in his possession any property of the Company, or any documents or materials or copies thereof containing any Confidential Information.

  • Return of Company Property Upon termination of my employment or upon Company’s request at any other time, I will deliver to Company all of Company’s property, equipment, and documents, together with all copies thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any Inventions, Third Party Information or Confidential Information and certify in writing that I have fully complied with the foregoing obligation. I agree that I will not copy, delete, or alter any information contained upon my Company computer or Company equipment before I return it to Company. In addition, if I have used any personal computer, server, or e-mail system to receive, store, review, prepare or transmit any Company information, including but not limited to, Confidential Information, I agree to provide the Company with a computer-useable copy of all such Confidential Information and then permanently delete and expunge such Confidential Information from those systems; and I agree to provide the Company access to my system as reasonably requested to verify that the necessary copying and/or deletion is completed. I further agree that any property situated on Company’s premises and owned by Company is subject to inspection by Company’s personnel at any time with or without notice. Prior to the termination of my employment or promptly after termination of my employment, I will cooperate with Company in attending an exit interview and certify in writing that I have complied with the requirements of this section.

  • Union Activity Each employee shall have the right to join and while off work or on official release time, assist the Union freely, without fear of penalty or reprisal, and the Employer shall assure that each employee shall be protected in the exercise of such right.

  • Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise (“IVBE”) participation plan. The Contractor must obtain approval from IDOA before changing the IVBE participation plan submitted in connection with this Contract. The Contractor shall report payments made to IVBE subcontractors under this Contract on a monthly basis. Monthly reports shall be made using the online audit tool, commonly referred to as “Pay Audit.” IVBE subcontractor payments shall also be reported to IDOA as reasonably requested and in a format to be determined by IDOA.

  • Union Activities If the Contract Amount is $50,000 or more, no Judicial Council funds received under this Agreement will be used to assist, promote or deter union organizing during the term of this Agreement (including any extension or renewal term).

  • Employer Property Employees must return to the Employer all Employer property in their possession at the time of termination of employment. The Employer shall take such action as required to recover the value of articles which are not returned.

The Executive Order No. 4 specification for lubricating oil, high detergent, adopted in February 2009, for example, specifies that where lubricating oil with post-consumer material content is available at a competitive cost and meets the entity’s form, function and utility requirements, all affected state entities shall, to the maximum extent practicable, purchase lubricating oil that meets or exceeds a minimum percentage of post-consumer material content by weight of 55 percent. State entities subject to Executive Order No. 4 are advised to become familiar with the specifications that have been developed in accordance with the Order, and to incorporate them, as applicable, when making purchases under this Contract.

  • Working Alone (a) Where an employee is employed under conditions which present a significant hazard of disabling injury, and when the employee might not be able to secure assistance in the event of an injury or other misfortunes, the Employer shall provide a means of periodically checking the well being of the employee. Checks shall be made at such intervals and by such means as are appropriate to the nature, hazard and circumstances of the employment.

  • Business Opportunities Executive agrees, while he is employed by the Company, to offer or otherwise make known or available to it, as directed by the Board of Directors of the Company and without additional compensation or consideration, any business prospects, contracts or other business opportunities that Executive may discover, find, develop or otherwise have available to Executive in the Company’s general industry and further agrees that any such prospects, contacts or other business opportunities shall be the property of the Company.

  • Ownership of Company Property The Company’s assets shall be deemed owned by the Company as an entity, and the Member shall have no ownership interest in such assets or any portion thereof. Title to any or all such Company assets may be held in the name of the Company, one or more nominees or in “street name”, as the Member may determine.
