Union Activities definition

Union Activities. The Union agrees that neither it nor it’s officers, agents, representatives, or members will engage in union activities on Employer time or on Employer property except as authorized by this Collective Agreement. It is agreed that for all purposes of this agreement, the or premises or place of business of the Employer shall include client’s premises.

Examples of Union Activities in a sentence

  • Agreements Providing for Compensation of $50,000 or more; Union Activities Restrictions.

  • Pay Paid release time will be provided to employees, grievants and union stewards in accordance with Article 37, Union Activities.

  • Such absences from work shall not be deducted from the bank of working days provided in clause 9.03 (e) (Union Activities).

  • The leave provided for in this Section is the only Union Activities Leave applicable to employees covered by this MOU.

Related to Union Activities

  • Collaboration Activities means the activities set out in this Agreement

  • Construction Activities means construction of ramp(s), boundary wall and other constructions by the bidder / contractor at the TSs as per the design and specifications agreed by the Procuring Agency.

  • Activities has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(b).

  • High Risk Activities means activities where the use or failure of the Services would reasonably be expected to result in death, serious personal injury, or severe environmental or property damage (such as the creation or operation of weaponry).

  • Economic activities shall in principle include activities of an industrial, commercial and professional character and activities of craftsmen;
