Authorized Union Representatives. Employees of the City who are recognized as representatives of the Union and who are authorized to conduct Union business on City time as specified in this Article is limited to the President, the Vice-President and Stewards. The Union is permitted one Xxxxxxx per department (e.g. Public Services Department, Recreation Department). A greater number of Stewards may be permitted, however this must be agreed to by the Director of Human Resources on an annual basis.

Authorized Union Representatives. 1 Notices Regarding Union Organization The Union agrees that its President or a person duly empowered to act in the President's behalf shall keep the V.P. of Human Resources, or their designate, currently advised, in writing, of the representatives of the National Union who are authorized to deal with the Company regarding employees in the bargaining unit and regarding such matters as designating the Locals which have been established, designating the officers or other authorized representatives of such Locals and indicating the jurisdiction of such Locals and their representatives. The Union agrees further that such notifications and authorizations shall designate the Union representative or representatives to whom notices, information, certifications and services by Company representatives, as are provided for in this Agreement, shall be directed or furnished.
Authorized Union Representatives. A Negotiating Committee, not to exceed three (3) employees in number, selected by the Union, shall be recognized as the Authorized Negotiating Representative of the Union. The Company shall deal with the said Committee with respect to proposals for modifications of the Agreement as outlined in Article 31. An accredited official of Unifor Canada may participate in any such negotiations. The Union shall supply the Company with the names of employees constituting the Negotiating Committee; the Company shall as well supply the Union with the names of the persons constituting their Negotiation Committee.
Authorized Union Representatives. The Union agrees to furnish to the Director-Labor Relations a list of the two (2) names of authorized Union Representatives and their Union titles as well as the names and titles of Local Union Leadership, and provide updates to the list as changes are made.
Authorized Union Representatives. The Union shall furnish the Committee with a list of its officers and authorized Union representatives, and shall as soon as possible notify the Committee in writing of any change. No Union representative shall be recognized by the Committee except those designated in writing by the Union.
Authorized Union Representatives. The Union shall make available to the District an official list of all Union building representatives and designated authorized representatives assigned to each school by the end of the second week of September of each year. If any changes occur during the school year, the Union will notify the District as soon as possible.
Authorized Union Representatives. The officers and stewards of AFSCME employed at the Department and the staff representatives are the authorized representatives of the Union at the Department except that no bargaining unit employee with Team Leader responsibilities may represent non-Team Leader employees as principal representative in grievances or disciplinary actions. The Union agrees to inform the Employer in writing of its’ authorized representatives as such additions or deletions occur.
