Union activity definition

Union activity means an activity that a labor organization, a member, or a representative performs that relates to:
Union activity means: union training sessions, union meetings, committee meetings, grievance hearings, bargaining sessions, national or sectoral decision making bodies, etc.

Examples of Union activity in a sentence

  • No employee shall be discharged or discriminated against for any lawful Union activity, or for serving on a Union committee outside of business hours, or for reporting to the Union the violation of any provision of this Agreement.
