Core Group definition

Core Group means the group constituted by Employer comprising senior officials of associated departments / agencies for discussions and providing prompt clearances for utility diversion / traffic diversion Proposals and day to day administrative decisions, for smooth execution of the Project.
Core Group means the Company and each of the Core Subsidiaries; and "Core Group Company" means any member of the Core Group.

Core Group means as defined in the Case Management Order: (a) the United States Trustee; (b) counsel to the Debtors, Kirkland & Ellis LLP; (c) counsel to the Committee, Pachulski and Miles; (d) counsel to the DIP Arranger and First Lien Administrative Agent; and (e) counsel to the agent for the Second Lien Lenders.
Core Group means the Obligors (other than the Company), the Security Providers for the time being, the members of the Polish Group and the members of the Romanian Group.
