Sufficiency of Tender. The Contractor shall have deemed to have satisfied himself before tendering as to the correctness and sufficiency of his tender for the works and of the rate(s) and price(s) quoted in the Schedule of Quantity, which rate(s) and price(s) shall, except as otherwise provided, cover all his obligations under the Contract and all matters and things necessary for carrying out the work.

Sufficiency of Tender. The Contractor shall be deemed to have satisfied himself as to the correctness and sufficiency of the Tender and of the rates and prices stated in the Bill of Quantities, all of which shall, except insofar as it is otherwise provided in the Contract, cover all his obligations under the Contract (including those in respect of the supply of goods, materials, Plant or services or of contingencies) and all matters and things necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects therein.
Sufficiency of Tender. Description of item in the Schedule of quantities is brief and therefore, shall be read in conjunction with the relevant specifications and the Contractor's rate shall be deemed to be for such complete work unless otherwise specified by the Contractor while tendering. No claim, whatsoever, shall be entertained by the Corporation on account of insufficiency of any rate as quoted in the Schedule of Quantities and rates. The rates shall be firm and shall not be subject to change due to variation during the entire period of execution of the work in cost of materials, labour conditions or any other conditions whatsoever. The rates quoted by the Tenderer shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties and other statutory levies.

The Analyst shall be responsible for any acts defaults or neglects of any sub-contractor his agents servants or workmen in the execution of the Contract or any part thereof as if they were acts defaults or neglects of the Analyst.

Sufficiency of Tender. 3.1 The Contractor is deemed to have understood the nature and extent of the Contract and have been satisfied as to the correctness and sufficiency of the rates and prices stated in the Tender and the Annexed Documents which (except as it is otherwise provided in the Contract) cover all the contractors’ obligations under the Contract.
