Sufficiency of Moneys. The Escrow Bank acknowledges receipt of the moneys described in Section 1. The Escrow Bank shall be entitled to rely upon the conclusion of (the “Verification Agent”), that the cash on deposit in the Escrow Fund, will be sufficient to pay when due with respect to the Prior Bonds, all Redemption Price, as shown on Schedule A attached hereto.
