Sufficiency of Consideration. Executive hereby acknowledges and agrees that Executive has received good and sufficient consideration for every promise, duty, release, obligation, agreement and right contained in this Release.
Sufficiency of Consideration. Executive acknowledges that the consideration that Executive will receive pursuant to this Agreement serves as sufficient consideration for Executive’s promises to abide by the restrictive covenants set forth in this Section 7.

I acknowledge and agree that the benefits to be provided under the terms of the Agreement are sufficient consideration for Executive’s promises set out herein and are made in confidence and in settlement of any disputed claims for which the Company has asserted factual and affirmative defenses and denies same in the entirety.

The Executive understands and agrees that he is receiving compensation, payments and/or benefits under this Agreement which are in excess of those to which he is entitled from the Company Group, and that such compensation, payments and/or benefits are being provided to him in consideration for his acceptance, execution of and compliance with, and in reliance upon his representations in, this Agreement, and the Executive acknowledges that such consideration is adequate and satisfactory to him.
Sufficiency of Consideration. The parties acknowledge that the covenants contained in this Agreement provide good and sufficient consideration for every promise, duty, release, obligation, agreement and right contained in this Agreement.
Sufficiency of Consideration. By their signature below, the parties hereby acknowledge the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of consideration provided in the Agreement and forever waive the right to object to or otherwise challenge the same.
