Definitions and Abbreviations. Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) means the national system of recognition for the issue of vocational qualifications. The AQF is set out in Appendix 3. ACC means the Agency Consultative Committee. CC means a Consultative Committee. Commission means the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC).

Directive means a Queensland Government Directive issued (and as amended) by the Minister for Industrial Relations or the Commission Chief Executive of Public Service Commission in accordance with sections 53 or 54 of the Public Service Act 2008. Director-General means the Chief Executive of each employer covered by this Agreement.
