Storm Water Management Plan. Developer, at its sole cost, will comply with applicable requirements regarding storm water quality, storm water management, and weed and erosion control to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. Not in limitation of the foregoing sentence, post-construction storm water management features and related appurtenances shall be constructed on Lot 1, as shown on the Post Construction Storm Water Management Plan attached hereto as “Exhibit D.” Plans and specifications for such storm water management improvements shall be prepared by Developer’s engineer at Developer’s sole cost and must be approved by the Public Works Department of City (City Engineer) prior to starting construction of such improvements.

Storm Water Management Plan. (1) STORM WATER MANGEMENT PLAN REQUIREMENTS. The Storm Water Management Plan required under Section 6.07(2) shall contain at a minimum the following information: [a] Name, address, and telephone number for the following or their designees: landowner; developer; project engineer for practice design and certification; person(s) responsible for installation of storm water management practices; and person(s) responsible for maintenance of storm water management practices prior to the transfer, if any, of maintenance responsibility to another party. [b] A proper legal description of the property proposed to be developed, referenced to the U.S. Public Land Survey system or to block and lot numbers within a recorded land subdivision plat. [c] Pre-development site conditions, including:
Storm Water Management Plan. Owner shall design (subject to City of Rochester approval), construct, and maintain private storm sewers, and other necessary appurtenances in conformance with the City standards and the approved storm water management plan, grading plan, and construction plans and specifications. Owner shall execute the City prepared Maintenance Declaration Agreement (see attached Exhibit C) for on-site private storm water facilities that will be constructed as part of the Project.
Storm Water Management Plan. The Stormwater Management Facilities required to serve the Benefited Property shall be designed, constructed and maintained to meet the stormwater runoff control requirements of the City, as of the date of the Agreement. Grantor covenants and agrees that the Stormwater Management Facilities shall be designed, constructed and maintained in compliance with the above listed approved plans and specifications for the Benefited Property now on file and available for the public inspection in the office of the City of Xxxxxxxx Community Development Department (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Stormwater Management Plan”) and also on file with the Grantor.   • Utilization Management Contractor shall maintain a utilization management program that complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including Health and Safety Code § 1367.01 and other requirements established by the applicable State Regulators responsible for oversight of Contractor.

  • Time Management Because of the nature of the duties performed by these supervisors, it is impracticable to apply provisions which prescribe normal work hours. However, it is normally expected that eighty (80) hours of work shall constitute a normal payroll period.
