STATUTORY/PAID HOLIDAYS. 33.01 Statutory/Paid Holidays shall be paid in accordance with the Employment Standards Code.
STATUTORY/PAID HOLIDAYS. 17.01 Each employee shall be paid at his/her regular hourly rate for time lost by him/her as a result of the observance, at times designated by the Employer, of each of the following Statutory Holidays: New Year's Day Thanksgiving Day Good Friday Christmas Day Victoria Day Boxing Day Canada Day Monday in Reading Week or Civic Holiday Heritage Day Family Day AGREED APRIL 1, 2011 Labour Day as designated by the Employer provided that he/she has worked his/her last scheduled work day prior to, and his/her first scheduled work day after, the day on which the Holiday is observed. Should the day of observance fall on a scheduled day off, the employer will designate an alternate day off to observe the holiday, except as otherwise provided for in Article 17.06.
STATUTORY/PAID HOLIDAYS a) The following shall be considered as Statutory Paid Holidays for each of which employees shall receive one (1) full day’s pay without having to work: New Years Day B.C. Day Family Day Labour Day Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Easter Monday Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day And all other Statutory Paid Holidays as may be declared or observed by Federal or Provincial Governments.
STATUTORY/PAID HOLIDAYS. 15.01 Every Member shall be entitled to the following paid holidays in each calendar year of the term of this Agreement.
