Transfer Outside the Bargaining Unit. No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without his/her consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside the Bargaining Unit he/she shall retain for a period of twelve (12) months his/her seniority accumulated up to the date of leaving the unit. An employee permanently transferred outside the unit shall lose all seniority in the bargaining unit.
Transfer Outside the Bargaining Unit. An employee may be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit for a period not to exceed six months and will not accumulate seniority during this period. This period may be extended by mutual agreement by all parties.
Transfer Outside the Bargaining Unit. An employee who applies for and accepts a full-time promotion to a position outside the bargaining unit may be returned to her former position by the Corporation, or may return at her own request, within three (3) months of the date of promotion. An employee who returns to her bargaining unit position within three (3) months shall retain, but not accumulate seniority held at the time of transfer. Accumulation of seniority will resume upon return to the bargaining unit.
Transfer Outside the Bargaining Unit. (a) No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without his/her consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit, he/she shall retain his/her seniority accumulated up to the date of transfer. No seniority will be accumulated while outside the bargaining unit.
Transfer Outside the Bargaining Unit. No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee’s consent. Except as provided in Article 11.04(b), if an employee is transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain the seniority acquired at the date of leaving the unit, and shall continue to accrue seniority, provided that the employee returns to the bargaining unit within 730 calendar days. Transfer Outside the Bargaining Unit. If a Union member accepts employment with the Company in a classification outside the bargaining unit, he shall retain his seniority for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date he accepts such employment.
Transfer Outside the Bargaining Unit. (a) An employee, who is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of not more than twelve (12) months shall, subject to (c) below, retain, but not accumulate, her seniority held at the time of transfer. In the event the employee is returned to a position in the bargaining unit, she/he shall be credited with seniority held at the time of transfer and resume accumulation from date of her/his return to the bargaining unit.

If an employee is transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit the employee’s seniority shall be retained for a period of twelve (12) months and their position will be posted temporarily. Such employee shall have the right to compete for posted vacancies within the bargaining unit during this twelve (12) month period or return to the employee’s former position. Transfer Outside the Bargaining Unit. 16.09 No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without that employee's consent. If an employee who has been transferred outside of the bargaining unit, other than on a provisional basis, subsequently returns to the bargaining unit, that employee shall not displace another regular employee, nor shall any time spent outside the bargaining unit count toward seniority for promotion purposes.
Transfer Outside the Bargaining Unit. An employee, with her consent, transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, shall retain her seniority accumulated up to the date of the transfer, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If an employee returns to the bargaining unit within six (6) months she shall be placed in a position consistent with her classification. It is agreed that an employee who has acquired seniority filling in for said transferred employee will be filling in on a temporary basis and will return to her previous position if the employee is transferred back into the bargaining unit.
