BORROWER shall perform the work activities and services described in the approved CDBG Economic Development Grant Application, Attachment "B", in a satisfactory and proper manner, as determined by LENDER. XXXXXXXX's work activities and services shall conform to the approved Program Budget form of the Financial Assistance Award, Attachment "C".

This Attachment is hereby made a part of this Agreement by reference. In addition, Borrower’s activities shall conform to the approved Project Budget found in Attachment “B” to this Agreement, and the approved Project Schedule in Attachment “B” to this Agreement.
