Energy Star. As required in FAR 52.223-15 Energy Efficiency in Energy-Consuming Products, the Contractor shall only provide product(s) that earn the ENERGY STAR® label and meet ENERGY STAR specifications for energy efficiency. Tenant will complete, execute and deliver to Landlord a data release authorization for each utility serving the Premises maintained in Tenant’s name or otherwise for the account of Tenant, in form and substance required by the relevant utility provider, permitting the relevant utility to disclose to Landlord Tenant’s monthly billing data, building square footage, occupancy type, operational characteristics and other information reasonably required for purposes of inputting the benchmarking data required by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager (the “Data Release Authorization”). In addition, if Tenant’s name or entity changes. Tenant shall complete, execute and deliver to Landlord an additional Data Release Authorization within ten (10) days following receipt of written request therefor from Landlord.

Energy Star. To assist Tenant in keeping Tenant’s Energy Star scores current and up-to-date, Landlord agrees to update, on a monthly basis, for those utilities which Tenant does not directly pay the supplier, energy and facility information in the US EPA Energy Star Portfolio Manager, and share the Building’s information with the Tenant’s Energy Star Profile User Name of Bank of America.
Energy Star. In rehabilitating the Property, Purchaser is encouraged to purchase and use Energy Star labeled appliances, lighting, and other products.
Energy Star. Landlord shall provide Tenant with the Building’s ENERGY STAR score annually. To the extent Tenant obtains electricity independently of the Building, Tenant shall provide Landlord with access to Tenant’s data on energy use for inclusion in Landlord’s annual reports, ENERGY STAR annual rating and similar or related purposes. At no cost to Landlord, Tenant shall have the right, but not the obligation, to pursue an ENERGY STAR label on the Premises for the duration of the Lease Term. Landlord will cooperate at no cost to Landlord with Tenant in the certification of the Premises. Tenant shall be required to submit to Landlord on at least an annual basis, energy and water consumption data, including total usage and charges as they appear on applicable Tenant’s electric, gas, water and other utility bills in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to Landlord.
