Spare List. Notwithstanding any other provision of the present Agreement, the Company may employ up to ten (10) Spare Employees whose working conditions shall be governed solely by the present section:

Spare List. A "Spare Operator" list will be established in order to facilitate modified shift schedule and to provide short-term replacement operators. The "list" will be established and administered in accordance with the attached outline.
Spare List. The City shall endeavor to provide an adequate spare list, and no regular operator shall be required to do extra work before or after completing his run, except in cases of emergency, or when no spare operator is available; and in no case shall a regular operator be required to work more than one (1) trip or one (1) hour, whichever is the maximum, after he has notified the office of the absence of a relief operator. On the longer routes operated, the City agrees to use its best efforts to keep the extra time involved as low as possible.
Spare List. Relief in the Sawmill will be provided by designated employees on the Local 89 Spare List. The job posting procedure will be utilized with the senior employees given the first opportunity for filling the designated relief positions. The Company and Union will meet annually to determine the number of positions to be posted.

  • Recall List The Board shall maintain a recall list. Copies of the list will be sent to each person on the list and the Association at least once during the fall and once during the spring each year.

  • Equipment List 1. All items of equipment to be purchased with funds under this Contract must be itemized in Grantee’s equipment list as finally approved by the System Agency in the executed Contract. The equipment list must include:

  • Employee List No later than five (5) Business Days after the Bank Closing Date, the Assuming Institution shall provide the Receiver with a list of all Failed Bank employees the Assuming Institution will not hire. Unless otherwise agreed, the Assuming Institution shall pay all salaries and payroll costs for all Failed Bank employees until the list is provided to the Receiver. The Assuming Institution shall be responsible for all costs and expenses (i.e., salary, benefits, etc.) associated with all other employees not on that list from and after the date of delivery of the list to the Receiver. The Assuming Institution shall offer to the Failed Bank employees it retains employment benefits comparable to those the Assuming Institution, offers its current employees.

  • Customer List The Administrative Agent shall have received a true and complete customer list for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, which list shall state the customer’s name, mailing address and phone number and shall be certified as true and correct by a Financial Officer.

  • Packing List A packing list or other suitable shipping document shall accompany each shipment and shall indicate:

  • Price List A price list of routine services that are normal and customary must be attached to this agreement (i.e., pressure check, safety/leak seek test, regulator replacement, after hours/same day/non-routine delivery, and other).

  • Spare Parts 14.1 As specified, the supplier may be required to provide any or all of the following materials, notifications, and information pertaining to spare parts manufactured or distributed by the supplier:

  • Convicted Vendor List Vendor shall immediately notify Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee in writing if it or any of its affiliates are placed on the convicted vendor list maintained by the State of Florida pursuant to Section 287.133, Florida Statutes, or on any similar list maintained by any other state or the federal government.

  • Layoff List A list of all ASF Members laid-off within the prior three (3) year period shall be maintained by the System office. The list shall indicate if an individual has recall rights. The Association President shall be provided a copy of the list, and notified promptly of changes.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.
