SOH Consultative Committee. The SOH will facilitate the operation of the SOHCC. The SOHCC will consist of the Chief Executive, Directors or Managers on an as needed basis, the Manager, Human Resources, the Convenors of Delegates, and, as appropriate, Alliance Officers. The SOHCC will have specific regard for the following issues: • unresolved OH&S matters • The implementation and/or interpretation of the ‘EA 2006’ • matters arising from workplace changeunresolved matters referred from the Departmental Consultative Committees (as varied) • unresolved matters referred from the Convenors of Alliance Delegates • any issues which may impact the SOH • any proposed variation to this Agreement The SOHCC will determine its operational arrangements, including the nomination of a Chairperson, and the requirement to meet a minimum of at least four times a year, or more frequently if required. The SOHCC shall be able to make decisions which will be binding on employees and management, providing those decisions are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Sydney Opera House Enterprise Agreement 2006. The SOHCC is obliged to consider any relevant New South Wales government legislation and decisions of the Sydney Opera House Trust. Meetings of the SOHCC will be scheduled whenever possible when employee representatives are scheduled to work. Where this is not the case the employee may attend on overtime for the duration of the meeting or any other time as provided for by the Chief Executive.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.

  • Management Committee The Members shall act collectively through meetings as a "committee of the whole," which is hereby named the "Management Committee." The Management Committee shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the following provisions and the other provisions of this Agreement:

  • Selection Committee A. Each building site will appoint a selection committee for the TLS. The committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of teachers and administrators and at least one teacher will be appointed by the Des Moines Education Association.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
