Employee Consultation Communication. The Sydney Opera House is committed to consulting with its employees and seeking and considering their feedback through timely, comprehensive and responsible communication in relation to the future direction of the SOH business, related operational plans and service standards and any impact upon conditions of employment and other employment related matters. The SOH is committed to talking to employees and their representatives about workplace matters affecting them. The SOH is also committed to sharing information and providing employees with the opportunity to be involved in workplace issues affecting them. Key decisions from relevant committee meetings affecting the workplace will be distributed using the intranet and posted on the Staff Bulletins. The SOH and Alliance are committed to improving the communication of related information to all those working at the SOH. The SOH and Alliance are committed to ensuring all employees are aware of the consultative mechanisms and the detail of this Agreement.

  • Union Communication In the event of a violation of the no-strike provision, the Union will: • Publicly disavow such action by the Bargaining Unit Employees; • Notify the Bargaining Unit Employees of its disapproval of such action and instruct such Bargaining Unit Employees to cease such action and return to work immediately; and • Post notices on Union bulletin boards advising that it disapproves of such action and instructing Bargaining Unit Employees to return to work immediately.

  • Telephone Consultation Where an employee is consulted by a Supervisor or his/her delegate by telephone outside of his/her normal hours of work concerning a problem of work, a telephone consultation premium will be paid as follows:

  • Union Communications (a) The Employer will provide a bulletin board for the exclusive use of the Union. The sites will be determined by mutual agreement. The use of the bulletin boards is restricted to the affairs of the Union.

  • Association Communications The Association will have the right to place official notices, circulars and other professional materials in teachers' mailboxes.

  • General Communications The type of communications described and defined in Article 5.6 herein.

  • COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOU AND XXXXX 24.1 Subject to any applicable laws, the Licensee authorised XXXXX to communicate with it by means of telephone, e-mail, fax, text or any mobile phone messaging services to the Licensees mobile device, laptop and/or computer.
