Agreement Status. This Agreement is a public offer. The use of the Site by the User means the User's accession to this Agreement, thereby creating a contractual relationship between the User and SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC on the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. By accessing the materials and services of the Site, the User of the Site is considered to have joined this Agreement without any restrictions and exceptions and acceptance of its terms (Article 428 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). By registering on the Website, the User confirms that he has read the contents of this Agreement and gives his full and unconditional consent to accept its terms. In the case of using the Site, the User is obliged to comply with the terms of this Agreement, regardless of whether he has registered on the Site or not. The User is aware that SIGMA EXPO GROUP LLC reserves the right to change, add or delete the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User. Each new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is published on the Website. The use of the Site by the User means acceptance by the User of all changes made to the Agreement. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he is obliged to immediately refuse access to the Site, stop using any services provided by the Site, as well as its materials. The latest update date of the Agreement is located at the bottom of this Agreement. The User undertakes to promptly and regularly get acquainted with the current changes in the terms of this Agreement.
Agreement Status. For avoidance of doubt it is agreed that this Agreement shall be personal to the parties hereto and shall not bind the Units of the scheme and the Council(s) shall not by virtue of this Agreement acquire any estate or interest in the Units or any of them
