Single Family Residential. The Owner agrees that, unless changed upon the initiative of the Owner the said City zoning classifications for said tract shall remain in effect for the term of this Agreement, subject to the right of the Corporate Authorities to amend the Zoning Ordinance text even if such amendment affects the tract. The Owner agrees to use the tract only in compliance with the Urbana Zoning Ordinance and this agreement as such may be amended from time to time.

Single Family Residential. 5. There will be a water right dedication required as a condition of recording the annexation plat because of the R-1-12 zoning designation. The amount of water to be dedicated has been calculated according to Section 27.070 of the Lehi City Development Code, and determined to be 1.35 acre feet per acre of culinary water and 2.34 acre feet per acre of irrigation water. Based on the 1.37 acres included in the annexation, 1.85 acre feet of culinary water are required and 3.21 acre feet of irrigation water are required. When water transfers do occur, they must comply with Exhibit B (attached).

Single Family Residential. Buyer must object the earlier of (i) the Closing Date or (ii) 5 days after Xxxxx receives the Commitment, Exception Documents, and the survey. Buyer’s failure to object within the time allowed will constitute a waiver of Buyer’s right to object; except that the requirements in Schedule C of the Commitment are not waived. Provided Seller is not obligated to incur any expense, Seller shall cure any timely objections of Buyer or any third party lender within 15 days after Seller receives the objections (Cure Period) and the Closing Date will be extended as necessary. If objections are not cured within the Cure Period, Buyer may, by delivering notice to Seller within 5 days after the end of the Cure Period: (i) terminate this contract and the xxxxxxx money will be refunded to Buyer; or (ii) waive the objections. If the Commitment or Survey is revised or any new Exception Document(s) is delivered, Buyer may object to any new matter revealed in the revised Commitment or Survey or new Exception Document(s) within the same time stated in this paragraph to make objections beginning when the revised Commitment, Survey, or Exception Document(s) is delivered to Buyer.

Single Family Residential. (1) Weekly 3 Cart Service - Unless otherwise required under applicable law or regulation, once per week Franchisee shall collect the Solid Waste (except bulky items and Hazardous Waste), which has been separated, placed, kept, or accumulated in containers at residential units within the Franchise Area and placed at curbside prior to Franchisee's normal weekly collection time. All Solid Waste must be placed within containers at curbside without obstructions so as to permit collection, unless otherwise agreed upon by City and Franchisee. Franchisee shall supply containers, and shall require the use of specific containers as specified in this EXHIBIT “A.” Franchisee may provide special pickup procedures, above and beyond the services described above, with customers consistent with the Fees paid Franchisee in EXHIBIT “D.” Franchisee shall notify City immediately of any Changes in Service Level, and similarly, City shall notify Franchisee of any Changes in Service Level.
