Special Delivery shall be expressed in number of calendar days required to make delivery after receipt of a Purchase Order. Delivery shall be the most economical method for the proper delivery of the product unless special instructions are stated on the order by the Authorized User. Authorized User must be informed of the additional cost prior to delivery and agree in writing to the additional charge. Special Handling. In some delivery locations there may be limited access to Customers’ buildings. The Contractor shall ensure compliance with all security requirements or other requirements maintained by the Customer (for example, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement has specific security requirements). In instances where special handling is necessary, the Contractor shall notify the Customer at least two Business Days in advance of delivery so that necessary delivery arrangements can be made.

Special Handling. (a) Handle and distribute invalid ZIPs, foreign mail, pulled statements, CABS bills and held bills will be handled and distributed according to special procedures to be agreed upon prior to conversion to ALLTEL's output processing system.

AEC, at no charge, will insert one (1) promotional item on behalf of COMPANY with each shipment subject to the understanding that all AEC costs reasonably associated with the inserts shall be borne by COMPANY. Finally, all special handling considerations shall be reviewed during formal operations meetings and it is understood that AEC and COMPANY shall negotiate, in good faith, as to the cost, if any, which will be charged for such special handling. AEC reserves the right to reject any insert for any reason unless insert has been approved by AEC in advance.
