Special Handling. Contractor is required in writing to perform specific/special task to effect service that would not ordinarily occur in the normal serving of process. (i.e., County requests that service be affected on a certain day at a certain time.) Copy of written request to be submitted with documents to County. $ Regular Rates □ WAIT TIME SERVICE: County requests through prior written instructions or approval a specific wait time prior to service. A fee, if charged, would be a one-time additional fee and not an hourly rate. Special Handling. Costs for delivery of items requiring special handling may be charged to Authorized Users. Orders shall be received in accordance with § 2.15, Ordering. Special Delivery shall be expressed in number of calendar days required to make delivery after receipt of a Purchase Order. Delivery shall be the most economical method for the proper delivery of the product unless special instructions are stated on the order by the Authorized User. Authorized User must be informed of the additional cost prior to delivery and agree in writing to the additional charge. Shipping costs must be prepaid by the vendor and may be added to the invoice with a copy of the freight xxxx.

The Contractor shall ensure compliance with all security requirements or other requirements maintained by the Customer (for example, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement has specific security requirements).
