Development Code definition

Development Code means PS Source Code for PS OS Software (other than the Released Code) made available by PalmSource to Licensee for purposes of co-development projects under the Strategic Collaboration Agreement and the respective co-development agreement(s) entered into pursuant to the Strategic Collaboration Agreement. The rights of Licensee to obtain, examine, use, reproduce and modify Development Code shall only apply during the term of the Strategic Collaboration Agreement and shall apply only to projects that have been mutually agreed upon under a respective co-development agreement entered into pursuant to the Strategic Collaboration Agreement.
