SIGNATURES ON FILE. The Hospital and the Union have a legitimate interest in discussing and reviewing the possible relocation and/or working conditions of its members during any of the Hospital. Therefore, the Hospital and the Union agree that, should the Hospital rebuild and/or redevelop in a manner that necessitates the movement of full-time or part-time staff, the Hospital will give notice under Article to Local to meet with the “Conditions of Work Committee” to discuss and review the plans that may require the movement of Local members and attempt to reach an agreement regarding the planning and implementation of the employee movement. It is understood that the establishment of a Conditions of Work Committee does not prevent the establishment of a Redeployment Committee if such a committee is required under the Collective Agreement.
