Sickness & Accident Insurance. The Employer shall provide, at its expense, a sickness/accident lost wage insurance policy, the terms of which shall pay a minimum of seventy percent (70%) of the employee's gross wage, for up to twenty-six (26) weeks per occurrence/per year commencing on the first day of an accident or eighth day of illness.

Sickness & Accident Insurance. The Company will provide Weekly Sickness and Accident Insurance to employees the Bargaining Unit equal to of basic weekly earnings up to the maximum benefit. Benefits start with the first day of accident, the first day of hospitalization, or the fourth day an employee totally disabled, and will continue during his disability for as long as weeks. After he returns to work, he again becomes disabled from a different unrelated cause, he again becomes eligible for full benefit. In order to qualify for this benefit, the employee must be under the care of a physician licensed to practice medicine.
