Shipping; Title and Risk of Loss. Notwithstanding any actions to the contrary, including any pursuit of freight claims by HSG on behalf of Buyer (if applicable), HSG’s exclusive terms of sale regarding the transfer of title of products sold is F.O.B., Origin and title to products and risk of loss shall pass immediately to Buyer upon delivery to a carrier at the point of shipment.

All Products subject to each order shall be delivered to Den-Mat or the Person designated as the recipient in such order at the shipping address specified in such order, F.O.B. Remedent’s warehouse or manufacturing facility from which such Products are shipped. Shipping; Title and Risk of Loss. The Application System shall be shipped by Seller by ground, FOB Buyer’s Installation Site. Title to and risk of loss for the System shall pass to Buyer upon arrival of same at Buyer’s designated Installation Site provided, however, that Buyer shall grant to Seller a present and continuing security interest in the Application System until Seller has been paid in full pursuant to the terms hereof. Buyer shall promptly execute and deliver such documentation as may be requested by Seller to perfect Seller's security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code or any other relevant statute, law, or regulation. Buyer will not cause or permit any other security interest, lien, encumbrance or claim to attach to the system which shall have priority over or be ahead of Seller's security interest, as described herein, and Buyer authorizes Seller to make any public filings necessary to perfect or maintain its security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code, or any other relevant statue, law, or regulation. Until Seller has received full payment of the purchase price, Seller shall have all rights and remedies of a Seller and secured party as established or permitted upon agreement by the Uniform Commercial Code, in addition to all other rights as established herein, which rights and remedies, to the extent permitted by law, shall be cumulative.
Shipping; Title and Risk of Loss. All Orders shall be [***] Freight carrier shall be determined and shipping arrangements made by Calix based on Customer location and requirements, and title and risk of loss will pass to Ericsson when Calix places the Products at the disposal of the carrier.

The Products will be shipped, Ex Works per Incoterms the Manufacturer’s loading dock, such that title to and risk of loss in all Product will pass to the Accelerated at the point of shipment using the Accelerated’ s carrier account noted on the Order. Orders shall be shipped at a mutually agreed upon date and time. After written notice from Accelerated, Manufacturer will promptly ship the quantities of any missing Product to remedy any shortage.
Shipping; Title and Risk of Loss. AN shall be shipped via the pipeline that exists between CN's manufacturing facility and NB's Cherokee, AL emulsion plant ("Pipeline"). The quantity of product actually delivered by CN shall be determined by NB's meter installed at the interface of the Pipeline and NB's receiving equipment. At any such time, title and risk of loss of the Product shall pass from CN to NB at the downstream flange of such meter. At any time which such meter is inoperative (and pending repair of same) or in need of calibration, the quantity of Product delivered by Pipeline hereunder shall be determined by the meter installed at the CN plant end of the Pipeline. In the event of any spilled product at points between the CN meter and the NB meter, NB shall pay for 50% of any such product spilled. The amount of such spilled product shall be determined by the difference between the two meter readings.
Shipping; Title and Risk of Loss. Affymetrix shall pack Custom Probe Arrays supplied under this Agreement in Affymetrix' standard shipping packages and ship to the address specified by N-Mer. Unless otherwise mutually agreed to in writing deliveries will be [***]. Affymetrix will ship via [***]. Title and risk of loss or damage for deliveries will pass to N-Mer upon [***]. [***] will pay all shipping costs, duties, and sales taxes. [***].
