Cleaning Fee. Tenant hereby agrees to accept property in its present state of cleanliness. They agree to return the property in the same condition or pay a $200.00 minimum cleaning fee if the Landlord has to have the property professionally cleaned.
Cleaning Fee. All Vehicles must be returned washed, vacuumed and tidy. Alternatively you can elect to waive the requirement to return the vehicle washed, vacuumed and tidy for a $100 fee, payable anytime. This does not allow hirers to return the vehicle in a complete mess and a minimum fee of $200 will apply if the Vehicle is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

They agree to return the property in the same condition or better, or pay a minimum $250 cleaning fee to cover Landlord costs for having the property professionally cleaned. If the Landlord notifies Tenant to clean up the property at any time, and the Tenant neglects to do so, the Landlord will charge the Tenant a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
Cleaning Fee. Regardless of how short or how long a short-term rental property will be leased for, a certain level of cleanliness will be encouraged (and required) by most states. To this end, if the Landlord will charge the Tenant a “Cleaning Fee” then select the first checkbox (Article XI). A record of the dollar amount making up this cleaning fee will also need to be reported. (30)
Cleaning Fee. Xxxxxx agrees to pay a non-refundable cleaning fee of $ (Cleaning Fee must be paid prior to move-in date.) This fee is in addition to and is not part of the security deposit.
Cleaning Fee. On the date of this agreement the Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord a non-refundable sum of £40 which the Landlord will use towards a ‘sparkle clean’ at the end of the Term. The ‘sparkle clean’ does not alter the Tenant’s obligations under the First Schedule.
Cleaning Fee. The University reserves the right to impose a cleaning fee of $250 if deemed necessary by venue management.

Xxxxxx agrees to return the property in the same condition, a walk through will be requiredand signed by both parties. An amount of $45.00 (per person) for the first hour, $30.00 (per person) charge for every hour after that for cleaning if a CCD rentals employee has to come in and clean the unit. (2 hour minimum on any cleaning) All lights must be working, all smoke detectors working, all filters changed. All miniblinds replaced if broken. Unit must be move-in ready.
